Mass in Afghanistan

Our former Associate Pastor is now a Military Chaplain and stationed in Afghanistan.  He sends emails home quite frequently to update us on the situation there.  Not at all what the media reports.  All I can say is...........We need more Military Priest!  These Service Members sometimes go 6 months without being able to receive the Eucharist or have their Confession heard because there are not enough Priest.  Father goes from place to place saying Mass and hearing Confessions.  Father is not permitted to carry a gun.............only Jesus!  The pictures speak for themselves...............
